Vote Abuse - The act of attempting to, or successfully, bypassing the restrictions of voting no more than once per 24 hours. Please be aware that, in cases of severe abuse as per discretion of Staff, we reserve the right to respond with a permanent ban regardless of if it is your first offense. The Admins have gone through your voting history for the time you have been playing Royals, and have seen a number of times where you voted on more than one of your accounts in a 24-hour period. Doing this is against the MapleRoyals ToS. The extra NX you accumulated voting on more than one account daily gave you a significant advantage over every other person who plays on this server and follows the voting rules. The number of times you did this was severe enough for the Admins to issue a Major Vote Abuse Ban as a result of your actions.
Hi sir Sorry, would you mind told me which accounts because I think there’s some misunderstood .I played royal with my brother many years. I voted with my cellphone and my brother voted with house WiFi. I pretty sure both my brother and me voted once in 24hour. We keep this voting method 2-3 years .We are not English speaking people, we seldom check forums article, now I know we should apply whitelist before playing.
Our voting rules state, in multiple locations both on the forums and in-game, that if there is more than one person playing in the household, you both need to apply and be accepted to the Voting Whitelist, in order for both of you to vote daily. You cannot each vote once a day on different IPs like in your explanation above. That is bypassing the one vote per household rule as stated in the MapleRoyals Terms of Service. Unfortunately, it is too late at this point, and your language barrier is not an excuse, as the rules are available in multiple languages on the forums. The number of extra votes coming from you both was substantial enough that the Admins issued all your accounts a permanent ban.
