You don't appear to be banned at our end. But the IP address you are trying to connect from might be. In some countries, including Malaysia, most ISPs gives you a dynamic IP address. This means that you get a different IP address each time you restart your router. It is possible that the IP address you have currently been allocated was previously used by a cheater, and so was banned by us. We unfortunately cannot unban the IP address. But you can get a new IP address by restarting your router (turn it off at the power for a minute, and then turn it back on).
