character: okrestart character 2( my mule): hwitecrush i was doing gachapon on my main (okrestart) and dropping junks to my mule beside mushroom shrine suddenly im logged out on both characters.. i have no idea whats going on when i try to relog, i got this message. i haven't login maybe for 2 weeks. i just download new client and want to enjoy the Xmas event and bang this happens...
We need you need to tell us all of the IGNs (one per account), that you as a person owns. Not just the ones that you were logged on with at the time.

lightglow and maiyoii was my account before Covid. when i come back to play this year, i wasn't sure why they got banned. after 6 years i can't even remember the passwords for them. the email i use to register the account was also decommissioned so i created whole new account this year. hence the ign okrestart too..
They were banned for major vote abuse. Your new accounts were banned for ban evasion. Did you make an appeal for the old accounts?
oh yea i did, i make them cos i forogot password too. they try to reset password for me actually. but i can't get access to the old email i was using.
i have no idea whats going with my old account tbh, it wasn't banned before i stop playing. it was even hacked and server had reset even i rmb correctly then i got busy, covid happend, i was disconnected from gaming for a long time. now i have some time, i just want to play maple again. since i can't access my old account, i made new ones. that's all the stories for this situation.
We have confirmed that the vote abuse ban on your characters lightglow and maiyoii (and a whole bunch of lower level mules) was valid. Bans apply to you as a person, as clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions. When you were originally banned on lightglow and maiyoii, it was your responsibility to make a ban appeal to find out why. Simply starting over is ban evasion. Ban evaders can be banned at any time, no matter how long there is between when they made their new accounts, and when they were caught out. Your appeal is denied.
if ill never log in the old account, and only play new accounts. can i still make appeal? im asking this becos my friends want to stay. anything else i can do?
Unfortunately not. You as a person are no longer allowed to play at MapleRoyals, and this was the case as soon as you were banned on maiyoii and lightglow. Although this might sound harsh to you, it is in line with our Terms and Conditions, and applies to everybody who plays here. Once you're permanently banned, you as a person are no longer allowed to play MapleRoyals.
