Hello GM. i never know we can't bring two different ids character to winter dash. Kindly check my ladydada has only done twice or third times only in winter dash. i just started ladyapt which i want to do winter dash for two ids 2hours ago because is saturday. but due to insufficient jumping time i only manage to complete one. I did not perform any glitch abuse purposely and would not bring two accounts in if I know it will somehow become glitch? Kindy advice on the appeal. Thank you.
I just tried to read the previous other people ban appeal and seems like it happened to the rest as well due to not knowing that we can not enter two ids at once. Can see most of us did not know that it will causes some glitch and do not know there is notice to not enter two ids at once. However, it should not be glitch "abuse" if we are not abusing or even aware it is a glitch. Hope to get appeal in order to play during year end holidays. Thank you.
Just read through this in one of the forum post. Glitch Abuse - The act of exploiting any errors in game design or any features or bugs, documented or otherwise, that are not meant to be available to gain any sort of advantage over other players. Associative Rule-breaking - The act of partying with any player who is breaking any rule listed in the T&C, or otherwise requesting that a player break any of the rules listed in the T&C for your own benefit. If we are not even exploiting any bugs or glitch on purpose, how can it be glitch abuse? =(
Hello there. To maintain a fair and equal playing field for all players on this server, the Terms and Conditions outline what is considered as giving players an unfair advantage over their peers. In this case, bringing multiple characters into Winter Dash to increase the amount of prizes you as an individual can win, gives you an unfair advantage over your peers. For future situations, if you are not sure about whether something is considered as a glitch abuse or not, you are more than welcome to hop onto the forums to see if other players have brought up this topic and if not, you can raise the question yourself so staff can respond and let you know. You can also submit a report via the report abuse section if you would like to maintain privacy. Your ban of 14 days will remain. You are allowed to vote while you wait out your ban. You cannot create new accounts to play on during your ban as that will be considered ban evasion.
