    I am a law-abiding MapleRoyals player, but I really don't understand why this behavior has been deemed illegal and resulted in a direct 14-day ban.

    I rarely visit the forums, so how am I supposed to know that this behavior is considered illegal? Do I have to check the forums every day just to play the game? Are you saying that if one day you post on the forum that snails are no longer allowed to be fought, you can reasonably hide in the training grounds and ban everyone who comes to fight snails? That seems clearly unreasonable.

    You handled the issue of multi-clienting during Winter Dash very well, as we players were originally unaware that it was not allowed. You informed us that it was illegal, so we naturally refrained from doing it.
    Returning to the topic at hand, why were we banned directly without knowing that this behavior was illegal? You mentioned that one of our team members was aware of the rules, but some of the others were completely unaware of this issue.

    LHC is a great source of experience for players wanting to level up quickly. The player base will have to recruit a party of 6, agree to a strategy that fits their party composition and chosen map and work together to complete an efficient one hour run.

    2 Lanes LHC Golems Glitch Abuse
    To join an LHC golem party that participates in the 2 lane glitch abuse, you and your party members knowingly went through multiple steps to glitch the map and abuse the mechanics in place so that you and your party can gain MUCH MORE experience than what your peers can obtain.

    In future scenarios when you come across things you are not sure about, you are more than welcome to visit the forums to see if other players have asked the question and if not, you can ask about it and staff can respond on whether your query is considered as a glitch abuse or not.

    Your 14 day ban will remain. You can vote while you wait for your ban to expire. You cannot play in the meantime as that will be considered ban evading.

    It seems that there is some misunderstanding on us.

    For some members of the team, we are not "knowingly violating" the rules. I also mentioned that I was not aware that you had classified this mechanism as a game exploit. Especially since this mechanism has been in place for a long time, it seems more like a game feature rather than an exploit to me. According to your description, one of our team members was aware that this was against the rules, but he did not explain it to the rest of us, so the others were unaware. So why couldn't everyone be informed that this practice is no longer allowed, similar to what was done with Winter Dash, instead of facing immediate and severe penalties?

    I believe this is unfair.

    Why have you stopped responding to me? Do you think my points are unreasonable? I believe we are discussing an issue related to the rules, rather than seeking to reduce penalties.

    It is clear that you have not explicitly stated that this behavior is unreasonable, which has led to innocent players being banned without their knowledge.

    For example, when fighting Papulatus, if you stand on the platform in the air, the boss does not dp you. Do you consider this part of the game mechanics or a bug? Is this something that can be exploited?

    Furthermore, if you believe this behavior is against the rules, why haven’t you provided clearer guidance? For instance, you could have added an NPC in the map to indicate that this is an illegal action, or directly fixed the bug. Instead, you chose to ban players, including those who were completely unaware of the situation.

    Can you please approach this matter more rationally?

    Hello. Spamming us does not make us respond faster. We do have numerous other things happening at the same time, so sometimes patience is a better route.

    We posted an announcement on the forums, and also warned players in game numerous times. It also does not take a rocket scientist to realize that what parties were doing was clearly not how it should work.

    We are working on a solution, but these things are not just quick easy fixes and they take time. Hense why if players told us in the first place instead of hiding it and benefitting from it, it would have been fixed much sooner.

    Finally, players still need to check the forums as that is where our Terms and Conditions live. If we added a new T&C and someone didn’t see and/or broke it, not using the forums isn’t an excuse.

    I will be closing this/keeping it locked as the discussion is over. Ensure you fully read/understand our Terms and Conditions moving forward.
