Are there really three of you playing in your household? You need to tell the truth here, because lying about that can be considered a believable claim of Account Sharing, and that is a much more serious offense than the one you were banned for. Please list which characters belong to you, and which belong to your housemates. Be clear who owns which characters.

Why were the characters xK3nneth and ailxxn logged into the same computer at the same time during winter dash? Were you doing winter dash for your girlfriend?
No. we currently have a laptop on repair and unable to play together. In order to participate, another client was opened for my account(xk3nneth) to join and she completed her winter dash first before mine(xk3nneth).
If you are able to track the past record(before winter event), we did play together using different computer/laptop. In addition, Character(xk3nneth) hasnt been playing much these days
Sorry if I understand you wrongly, but I think your question is how is character(ailxxn) grinding at skeles while character(xk3nneth) doing winter dash? it is upon the completion of winter dash and character(ailxxn) proceed with her grinding at Skele while my character(xk3nneth) log off from there. The ban occurs about 10-30mins thus giving sufficient time to start grinding at skeles. I believe I have given sufficient information for your consideration. Further information/clarification demand from me seems to be purposely finding fault for the bans. However, character(2eight) have nothing to do with this activity. Please kindly advice on his ban
You were originally banned for 14 days for multi-clienting in Winter dash. However, logging into accounts owned by different people at the same time on the same device is considered account sharing. We were asking you questions because you listed the last thing you were doing was grinding at skeles, and then you told us that you and your girlfriend used the same PC to do winter dash. You have now told us that you weren't actually grinding at skeles yourself, but your girlfriend was. We aren't trying to purposefully find fault for the bans as you put it, we simply want to figure out the timeline to give the admin more information so that he can determine whether this is minor account sharing (a 30 day ban) or major account sharing (a permanent ban). However, based on the Terms and Conditions, it does not stated that logging in on same device is not allowed at the same time moreover for my case we are just using the same computer to completed winter dash. The question falls back, if I have 2 device doing winter dash is it still considered account sharing or violation of the rule since me and gf doing winter dash on the same IP? - I believe there are some miscommunication on the timeline between GM Intern Heidi and I, the timeline of the occurrence of the activity mentioned below Character(ailxxn) was doing her grinding at skele and the event announce of winter dash occurs. I proceed to log in on the same device(as stated the reason why on the same device) and told her to completed her winter dash before I take over for my character(xk3nneth) to complete it. After the completion of both winter dash, I logged off my character(xK3nneth) and let gf character(ailxxn) continue her grinding. Subsequently 10 - 30mins later, a ban was issue to both our account including character(2eight) my bro account. Thus, I don't see this as an violation of account sharing as I was simply doing my winter dash within the time remaining after she have completed hers. I haven't been playing my character(xK3nneth) recently due to the repair of laptop mentioned above and does not wish to miss the Christmas event. Thus, resulting in this action. GM Becca chiming in. -You were originally given a 14 day ban for glitch abuse of Winter Dash. (two or more clients being used in Winter Dash.) -In your Ban Appeal, you stated the last thing you did was grinding at skeles. (wasn't a concern at the time.) -During the Appeal process, you revealed to us that there are 3 people playing under the same household. -GM Intern Heidi asked if you were telling the truth as a precaution, because the current ban was for 14 day Glitch Abuse. She wanted to make sure this is what was happening because the other offense, Account Sharing, leads to either a 30 day ban or a permanent one depending on how severe it is, and we cannot determine the level of severity without an Admin checking the logs for us. -You confirmed it by listing out who owns each account. -GM Intern Heidi then revealed that you were logged in on the same device, at the same time, on two accounts that are supposed to belong to two separate people, to do Winter Dash. -You then tell us it's because you and your gf are sharing the same PC for "Winter Dash only" (something we cannot confirm until an Admin looks into it.) -"The last thing you did: grinding at skeles with partner" is now being looked at because of the above, after telling us you are only using 1 PC between the two of you due to one currently in the process of getting repairs. -You then claim we are looking for a reason to keep you banned, when all GM Intern Heidi was doing was trying to piece together the timeline for the Admins to review and to try to understand the story better. I do not see any miscommunication between you two at all, as I am also reaching the same conclusion GM Intern Heidi has, and I would have handled this the same way. In conclusion, we have to wait for Admin Tim to look into this further to make sure it was Winter Dash only. He will then decide from there if the ban will be upgraded to a 30 day one for minor account sharing, or a permanent one for major account sharing based on the information you have provided to us via your Ban Appeal, and the information provided to Admin Tim via the logs. Unfortunately, the original 14 day Winter Dash ban will have to be changed to either a 30 day one or a permanent one based on the Admin's findings, and because of how this has unfolded. I will be locking this until Admin Tim is able to respond. Please be advised it may take some time but rest assured he will respond when he has the time to look into this.
