We took some time to look into your case and found that: - on 2018-08-29 you were banned on tinsoldier for glitch abuse - this was supposed to be a 14 day temporary ban. The staff member logged it correctly but issued the ban incorrectly resulting in a permanent ban - you did not appeal this ban initially, you ban evaded on 2019-08-11 by creating new accounts nearly a year later - you appealed your tinsoldier ban on 2019-09-21 https://royals.ms/forum/threads/appeal.145088/#post-856487 - the staff member checked your ban status, found it was permanent and answered your appeal - you took that staff members' (wrong) word for it and continued to ban evade on OutroIIed, later also creating HyperBawtty - you collected two temporary hate speech bans on these accounts 2019-09-22 and 2019-11-05 - you were banned for ban evading on these accounts 2020-01-29 - you decide to ban evade again on 2023-05-18 with Dezperadow - you get another hate speech temporary ban, this should be your third and will count as your third from here on out, but was issued as your first on 2024-01-08 - you were banned for ban evasion again on 2025-01-03 As it stands you were supposed to be unbanned already in 2018 for a 14 day temporary ban. While a staff member made an error in accidentally permanently banning you for that, you should've appealed first instead of ban evaded first a year later, and appealed second. That ban evasion should double your temporary ban to 28 days (which have also passed!) We will be unbanning all your game accounts, even your old ones from 2018 and 2019, as you shouldn't be permanently banned. Before we do that we do need to know what forum account you would like to keep, and we would like to warn you that you have 3 hate speech bans in total, and a 4th one would be a 90 day ban. Lastly I'd like to comment on the post that was removed from your appeal. Between the rude and rulebreaking comments I get the overarching message of it being that you feel like players should have a second chance, and that a 0 tolerance policy is too strict. And for many rules we agree of course! That's why we have temporary bans where yours should've been one of which we're rectifying from a staff error made in 2018. What we don't agree with is players taking it upon themselves to create that second chance. You have to resolve these kind of things in ban appeals. As you can see staff mistakes can happen, and the only way to play without risking getting banned for ban evasion is having your bans properly resolved.
