This ID seems to be an account from a long time ago when I had just started playing this game. At that time, I couldn’t log into the game and didn’t know the reason. I was still in the exploratory phase of the game and hadn’t even created a forum account, so I wasn’t aware of the appeal process. Since the character level wasn’t high, I simply ignored it. All of this happened almost ten years ago. Who did this? I’m confused because it’s been so long.

on 2016-07-10 you created an account with character panoramix, shortly after that got banned for rwt on 2016-08-20 you created an account with the same account name + one extra letter repeated that contains your character Anonyme

At the time, many players, including myself, were using public VPN services, or it could have been due to my account being hacked, which may have contributed to this misunderstanding. 2. However, I didn’t receive any clear explanation or ban message at the time, so I was not sure what had happened. Because of the language barrier and my lack of familiarity with the appeal process, I didn’t know how or where to submit an appeal. I didn’t mean to ignore the situation—I just genuinely didn’t know how to proceed. Looking back, I now realize I should have tried harder to clarify the issue back then. That’s why I’m doing my best now to provide all the details and cooperate fully with your investigation.
