1. I do own another account, but I'm not active on it and none of the characters there are past lvl 30? One IGN from there could be Erufire? But I'm not sure as I forgot most of them there too. 2. I could log in fine until yesterday, so I wasn't able to log in yesterday. Got into the character selection screen but game crashed when I clicked on a character, that was around 2am? (My timezone is GMT+8) 3. I have been playing Royals on and off since 2015. Do advise what I should do

Well we need an explanation as to why that account was accessed from the computer that you use to access your own accounts. Who else do you share your computer with, that also plays Royals?
Ok I just checked. A friend of mine who was over at my place a few days ago has claimed to own the account with the IGN BloodyBullet. He said he also saw the same ban message for that account a couple days back. TBH I have never seen that IGN before now and also didn't know he accessed it while he was over. I don't usually share my computer for Royals, it was just that once that he wanted to log in and play a while. Do let me know if I had broken any rules without knowing?
Wow, he sure must be committed to playing Corsair, if that's his only character. Can you please ask him how long he has been playing MapleRoyals?
Ok, he admitted that the account came from illegitimate means. He never played on Royals before so he acquired the account with BloodyBullet to play. He says there is only one Corsair in it and no other characters. But he tried it over at my place to "test the character"? I apologize on my friend's behalf for doing this. I'm aware that acquiring accounts through illegitimate means is straight up breaking the rules. I wasn't aware he accessed Royals on my computer the other day though, and told him that through this appeal I won't be defending that account with BloodyBullet at all. I do hope that the account I have been playing on since 2015 won't get penalized for this. I will however, ensure that I'll be more careful in not letting just anyone use my computer for Royals.
So you're telling us that he had never played Royals before, but decided to obtain a corsair via "illegitimate means". And then, instead of playing it on his own computer, he first played it on yours without telling you. But then after that, he played it on his own computer a bit, but then when he tried to log onto it a couple of days ago, he discovered it was banned. Is this correct?
Yes, that is correct. Though I'm not sure if he ever played it on his own computer? He never told me about this account or that it got banned till I discovered mine was.
your friend that allegedly bought a corsair and played it on your pc instead of their own is on such good terms with you that they even registered the same PIC that you have on SouthPole to the corsair account? your story is not credible and you will remain banned
