Closed ban appeal

Last thing you did:walking to henesys from lith harbor, just started the server today made character-trevelation messed up on my stats pretty bad so decided to make a new character- trev91761 got to lith harbor was making my way to henesys when my client closed and when i tried to log back in it said my account was deleted or blocked. no idea what happened. no idea if im even banned but from the "deleted or blocked" part thats what im guessing it is.
Why do you think you got banned?:no idea.
Ban message when attempting to log in:game crashed and when i tried to log back in message said account was deleted or blocked.
What GM banned you (optional):didnt say.

 

i dont know how i was caught "hacking" when i was just walking to heneseys from lith harbor. and if i was hacking wouldnt i have been doing it on the higher level character? im just confused on how i was "caught hacking" when i wasnt... could you please explain to me what i was doing to be accused of that?
