You and Shaun were both mocking/taunting Ricky in the FM regarding a previous incident.

You know perfectly well that you and Shaun were harassing Ricky. Ricky did nothing to deserve the taunts/mockery from yourself and Shaun. All he did was to previously report Shaun for a bannable offence, and Shaun was then duly banned. This is the second incident of harassment against Ricky since then, although it is the first one you were involved in, hence your ban is only 3 days. Players should be allowed to make a legitimate report against another player without being subjected to this sort of behaviour.

Yes, defaming another player is allowed, but neither mass defaming nor ganging up against another player to mock them are acceptable. (I am aware you didn't defame him, but you asked about defaming in the Shoutbox, so I'm replying here). I noticed that people made fun of you in the chatbox, but that is entirely because of the way you behaved there. You brought trouble down on your own head, whereas Ricky did nothing of the sort; he simply made a legitimate report against a player.
