While you were banned on your main account, you made another account and played on that. Character name, YoungGandalf.
That account was created some days before ban, and I couldn't enter the game with YoungGandalf; since my IP was banned after I introduced the password the game never logged in it just stayed at the log-in screen, so I just closed the game. How can I erase that account? I think that it is prohibited to have more than one account, but I can't fin this specific info in the T&C.
I have checked, and you are correct - you last logged into YoungGandalf shortly before you were banned on MuayToro. I have unbanned your accounts. Also, it is fine to have more than one game account - it's forum accounts that you can only have one of.
