    According to the server rules, does a player who violated the vote rule 4 years ago have no chance to start over again?

    I just want to know clearly so I don't have to keep waiting. Please kindly clarify this for me.

    Starting over would be considered as ban evasion, as you as a person is permanently banned from playing MapleRoyals. You will need to find another server or game to play.
