If you are certain that you did not violate any rules but received the banned message, please restart your router / modem and try again, as you may have been assigned a banned IP address.
Because once you are permanently banned, this applies to you as a person. You are not allowed to do what you have done and create new accounts.
But I did not get permanent ban before yet, It just vote abuse banned for 14 days few months back then
Yes, I am aware that on your current accounts, you had only been banned for minor vote abuse (unfortunately the fact that you were ban evading was overlooked at that time).
