Ok. So I transferred item from my friend account after they quited = account sharing? Didn’t know there’s such a rule.How can I get unbanned if that’s the case? What’s needed from me.
Yes, taking items out of your friends account (and including doing 800 tickets worth of gacha on it........) is a permanent ban for account sharing. Our ToS that you agreed to when you created your accounts informed you of such a rule about account sharing. From the major infractions section From the major infractions appendix In particular, please look at point 4. This led to your accounts being permanently banned.
I see. Okies no problem on that. If that’s the case, is it ok if I create a new account and start from scratch? I don’t need to retrieve my account. I’m totally fine with that. Just need my IP to be unbanned. Will follow ur t&c in future. cheers
