Hi there! Are you absolutely positive these are your IGNs? I typed them into our panel and all of them are saying they do not exist. Those are your usernames, I've edited them out for your safety. You are missing 14 more characters there, and you were temporarily banned for Minor Vote Abuse awhile ago. Now you've been permanently banned for Major Vote Abuse because you didn't stop. The Admins have already doublechecked this, and your ban will remain.

My boyfriend also plays in the same house and we both share the same network. We were in the process of trying to do things correctly and regret not requesting the whitelist sooner. I take full responsibility for my past mistakes I kindly ask you to please consider giving us one more chance. I am willing to follow any restrictions or monitoring conditions you might apply. If there’s anything that could be done — even a rollback, temporary suspension, or partial recovery — I would accept it with gratitude. More importantly, I assure you that this kind of mistake will never happen again. I’ve learned from this experience and would love nothing more than to continue being a respectful and rule-abiding member of the Royals community.
You were originally banned for Minor Vote Abuse back in August 2024, and then re-banned recently for Major Vote Abuse upon our investigation during your voting whitelist application process. You submitted a voting whitelist; but it was on April 30th 2025, around a year later after the Minor Vote Abuse ban. You both continued to vote daily without getting accepted to the whitelist between then and now. All 17 accounts are also connecting from the same PC. So on the off chance that you are telling us the truth, unfortunately there isn't anything we can do. Your accounts were already flagged for review twice, and you were given leniency back in 2024. I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but your appeal will have to be denied.

I fully understand the seriousness of what is being communicated to me and I assume full responsibility for the actions committed, both in the past and for what has motivated this latest review. I am not seeking to justify what happened, but rather to honestly express that we have learned from these mistakes and that my intention now is completely different. My boyfriend plays from his PC and I from the laptop. MapleRoyals has meant a lot to us, not only as a game, but as a space where we have shared valuable time with other people. Therefore, it pains me to have wasted the opportunities that had already been granted to me, and I understand that this appeal is rejected for valid reasons. Even so, I dare to ask for one last chance, and that they allow us to start from scratch, under special or trial conditions.
