i have 2 Pc's at my room i played the left one with my friend ( we did Lpq ) while my little brother help me and farm items with my archer, he was at haunted house i asked at discord long time ago and got the answer that its ok to play multiple chars same time. can u check the ban plz
Multiclienting is fine. Macrobotting is not fine. Account sharing is not fine. On the first computer you were doing Ludi PQ actively with 3 characters and farming heart stoppers actively using hurricane non-stop. On your second computer, your 4th Ludi PQ character was being used by your brother alongside his other characters.
ill explain , first computer my room i did ludi pq ( 3 chars mine ) second computer my room my little bro farm , i teach him easy way to make sure he not die and collect all heartstoppers hurrican is easy move arouns side by side so i dont see any problem with it 3rd computer that used by my friend (seen he also got ban for account sharing ) , we did ludi and we thinked its will be easier this way , we have 2 high players we didnt mean no harm by leting him log my mage ( mule ) just to fill the party. if thats what cause my ban i agree its NOT FINE but cant u consider temp ban or something.. ?
I understand the account sharing rules and I accept that I made a mistake. But I want to clarify that I did not break any of the cases listed for immediate permanent bans here https://royals.ms/forum/threads/mapleroyals-game-terms-conditions.86769/: Using power-levelling serv or more people taking turns in levelling up a character (i.e. training); Logging onto someone else's character in order to leech your own; Removing items from or deleting someone else's character; Giving an account with a high-levelled character on it to someone else; Committing a bannable offence (other than just account sharing) on someone else's account; Wasting Staff time by lying about the account sharing; Sharing your account details with multiple people.
Please wait for a response from staff, and refrain from spamming your thread. Also, please read the full appendix on account sharing. Even where a situation does not fall under those criteria, it can still be a permanent ban. A question for you to answer: why were you account sharing with these people? Why did your brother fail to respond to GM prompts? (Please only make one post responding, and edit it if you have more to add)
1. i shared the account with my cousin for LudiPQ , he logged him just cuz i had few chars online and not wanted crash. 2. my little bro dont speak english and dont know the game , i teached him what to do ( press CTRL and move side to side ) . ill realy appreciate if someone can check it 1 more time. i want to say i learned from that and i wont share my account with anyone for any purpose anymore in case ill get it back
The account sharing you noted above, involved multiple players and has resulted in a permanent ban. The supposed little bro is also not correct as we have determined that you were indeed macrobotting. This means that you as a player cannot play on this server anymore.
