Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection What GM banned you (optional): No idea, was able to log in just fine weeks ago and there wasn't any issues.

Hi! Yes absolutely, so in my household there is me and my wife playing royals, but the IGNs I own are both nekomat and nightduck only. 1. What are all IGNs owned by you as a person (list at least one per account): nekomat, nightduck 2. When did you first start playing MapleRoyals?: When I very first started playing it was really long time ago, many manyy years ago even like 10 years ago probably, and I stopped playing for awhile and only recently started playing again probably like middle of last year? but my wife and I only started playing more often around like March this year. This is when I created IGN: nekomat, and she created IGN: Kvitka (but this is completely hers not mine) 3. Have you ever played MapleRoyals from a different city or country? If so, where?: Yes, I played in Peru before but that was long time ago before I moved to USA. But ever since last year, I only played in Seattle Washington, dont think I played anywhere else unless maybe some time when im travelling but very rarely. My wife just travelled to her home country in Lviv, Ukraine few months ago and she has been playing from there as well, so I'm guessing maybe that is reason why my chars got banned, but my chars should only be logged in from here, I dont use any VPN software to play.
Not sure if this matters but also wanted to point out that both me and my wife uses crossover on macbook to play, not sure if this affects anything but just incase.
Hi Heidi, there isn't any other IGNs that I no longer have access to, when I played many many years ago I have some other accounts but those should be inactive since, ever since last year when I played back I have been only playing with nightDuck and nekomat which was created this year. There isn't any other characters that I play with now. Apart from my wife's, ign Kvitka which is in same household as me when she is here and not travelling.

This one is me https://royals.ms/forum/threads/ban-appeal.191920/ cesargiuss is me but i lost access to my old forum account couldnt login and just decided to create a new one since it was easier...I didnt do anything with my old accounts, since nightduck became my main its the only one I continued playing with.
I can't seem to access my old accounts, maybe they already got hacked, but that is fine right now I just care about nightduck and nekomat
