Hello, I'm receiving "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection" message when trying to log in. It's been quite awhile since I've played. I've been told by the forum admin that I was banned due to hacking in 2017, but I don't have much recollection of hacking. ALL Your Character Names: LordKanye Last thing you did: Unknown. Probably killing mobs or messing around in a safe area. Why do you think you got banned?: Hacking..? False positive software? Is there anything else I need to do at this point, or do I just wait until I get a definitive response about the appeal? Also, I've tried creating a new account, and I get to the point where I enter in my PIC to go into the game, but I get a message saying, "Trouble logging into the game? Please visit the Support section of the MapleRoyals forum." I just want rule out that it was not a MAC ban as well, so if there is a MAC ban in place, could that at least be undone/appealed.
If a player has been permanently banned, they as a person cannot play on this server. When you created your account and characters, you levelled up two characters extremely quickly via hacking and were banned within 24 hours of account creation. You as a player are not welcome on this server.
