Nice to meet you Foxy and thanks for your replay. I can login into this page, after i input my PIC. No any reponse, waiting for few munites showing that unable to connect to the game server. But i create a new character on the same account, i can connect to the server. Yesterday, during i am playing the game, the game suddenly close and delete the shortcut of mapleroyal. After that i close my window defender and reinstall the game, then i try to login again my account and then cannot login.
Ah. Thanks for the clarification. This issue usually occurs due to VPN services being used. Please disable and uninstall VPN services before reconnecting to MapleRoyals then this situation should be resolved.

For the part about mapleroyals being deleted, you'll need to go to your antivirus and/or firewall and ensure that MapleRoyals is whitelisted. For the same account with two characters, one that can be connected and the other not being able to, I'll flag this for an admin to look into as there are no issues with the account side of things. Please be patient as our admins are extremely busy.
Hi, Foxy. I want to update the situation for more easily following up. Thank you so much. I have been tested more about my situation. i have used my home Wifi to create a new character on the same account and play successfully. Then this new character can go to the lith harbor and then when i go to thicket around the beach 1 map the window of mapleroyals suddenly close and showing that disable to connect the server. Hence, i thick my Home Wifi IP address was banned by mapleroyals. Due to i change to login my account by my mobile data i can play successfully. And also i using my home wifi for new character i can play in maple leaf village until i reach thicket around the beach 1 map. I disconneted and can not login again by my home Wifi.
