    Last thing you did: Cannot remember. It was a while since I played this game.
    Why do you think you got banned?: I have no idea.
    Ban message when attempting to log in: No ban message per se. But everytime I select my character at the character select, it disconnects and I get the message, "You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later"

    What GM banned you (optional): Not sure.

    I do not have any VPN apps installed on my laptop.

    You are connecting with an invalid mac address (00-00-00-00-00-00). Something on your end is causing that. Normally it is a VPN that is installed, but could be something else. You will need to resolve this before you can connect again.

    Could I receive some guidance in solving this please ? As far as I know, I do not have any VPN installed on this laptop or anywhere else.

    A bit hard for us to help from our end, but check if you have a hotspot enabled, using a virtual machine, or triple check that you don't have any VPN software installed (doesn't have to be active). There are a few things that can cause an invalid mac address, just hard to troubleshoot remotely.
