Hi foxy, sorry for the violation. I remember that was long time ago I did vote few account without aware violation but after that I only vote one account a per day. I read game T&C, vote abuse fall under moderate infractions. Just want to ask if there are any chance to appeal on my case and get a temporary ban instead? Thanks for your time.
When a ban has been classified as a major vote abuse, it results in a permanent ban and cannot be reduced to a temporary ban.
I understand, thank you for clarifying, Foxy. May I know how the team differentiates between minor and major vote abuse cases? I’m just asking to better understand the rule. I also hope that in the future, Royals might consider giving longer temporary bans instead of direct permanent bans for such cases.
In your case, you do not need to know this, because you are permanently banned anyway. More generally, we do not tell people where the line is, because some would intentionally vote abuse a bit, but just below what would be considered as major.
