Well... you actually nailed it on the head a bit. You weren't playing at the time we caught you (November 13th)... your macros were. I have reviewed the evidence that was gathered and you failed our tests.
And why, with all the obvious evidence, did my suspension only occur after Friday and not when I was on up? I've seen several other reports of players being accused of using macros or bots, and we already know how that case unfolds. This is yet another player accused of something without being able to get a true picture of the facts. I believe your "analysis of evidence" is only valid for your perception of validating the fact, because if it were truly true, the ban would be automatic on the spot. I can only repudiate your action; as a player, I don't have enough of a voice to do so. I thank you in advance for wasting your time, and let it be clear to all the "others" who have also suffered the same fate that arguing is pointless.
I cannot comment as to why you were banned after the fact but that still doesn’t negate the fact that you were macrobotting on november 13th. If you weren’t and were indeed remotely paying any attention to your monitor, you would have noticed the GM. Alas, you were not paying attention and here we are. Let this be a lesson kids. Don’t bot like tbman. You will be banned. Appeal denied.
