Hello. I'm the account owner. My 11-year-old brother was using my account while I wasn't using it, and I'm seeing that he hacked it... he even started this thread. I had no idea about any of this. Can I simply change my account details and get a second chance? I've already uninstalled all the malware.
Every player is responsible for the security of their own account, including the security of the PC it is played on. If your brother has enough access to your computer to install cheats or hack software and then use them on your account, that already shows a level of risk and negligence that we cannot overlook. In a situation like this, we cannot place trust in either you or your brother to remain compliant with the game rules. The ban will remain, as it was not issued by mistake.
