Hi there. You are correct, you have been permanently banned for partying up with a macrobotter and benefiting from their macrobotting. We have the Terms and Conditions available at account creation which must be accepted before you can access the game, we also have reminders in game that hacks and scripts are not allowed. We highly suggest that you and your party member find another server or game to play on that accommodates your playing style as we do not welcome that here and permanent bans apply to you as a person.
