Hi Foxy! Thank you so much, what a RELIEF. Is there some reason why an IP address is banned, and how can I prevent this in the future (if there's any way to)? I'm using a mobile hotspot if that matters. I know you must be very busy, but just trying to prevent any future heart attacks.
Mobile hotspots use shared public IPs. If someone was previously banned using that IP, it stops other legitimate players using that same IP from connecting. We recommend not using shared public IPs and rather private if you can.
