Yup. If you had read and followed our ToS, you would not have been banned. This ban is permanent, and applies to you as a person. You will need to find another server or game to play, as any further accounts you create here will be banned for ban evasion. We wish you well elsewhere.
Thank you for your response. I would like to sincerely apologize for violating the Terms of Service. I admit that I was using a tool that has been flagged as unauthorized. However, I was genuinely unaware that this tool was against the rules. I believed it was simply a way to simplify certain in-game actions, and did not consider it to be a macro or cheating tool. I understand now that this does not excuse my actions. I deeply regret what I have done. If given another chance, I will thoroughly read and follow the Terms of Service, and I will never use any such tools again. I am sincerely requesting that you reconsider the permanent ban and reduce the punishment. I appreciate your time and consideration.
Unfortunately no, we do not give second chances, as our ToS clearly outlines what is and is not allowed, and you agreed to the ToS when you signed into your account for the first time, and again confirmed that you had read it when you graduated from maple island on each of your characters.
