There is video evidence of you preforming the same cycle of movements as many other bots that I've banned at the same spot. After two minutes you suddenly stop and turn your third party software off to reply: ?/ No matter how boring your leeching might be and how 'skilled' you are in playing without looking at your screen you have to be able to reply in order to make sure you're not engaging in robotic play. Your friend is guilty by association for partying with you so he has you to blame for his ban. You will have to serve your 7 day ban.
