    Last thing you did: I was training at Wolf Spiders
    Why do you think you got banned? I think auto-ban made a mistake and ban me.
    Ban message when attempting to log in:
    "Your Account has been permanently banned for serious violation of the rules. Therefore you will be unable to use this account
    Details: Auto-ban Rarest:High damage 199999 on Wolf Spider"

    I am not sure how I hit that high at Wolf Spiders. Please double check the record and review your autoban system. I had all regular crusaders buff on and I used Slash Blast at the bottom of the map at Wolf Spiders.

    Do you play on any other Maplestory private servers, and if so, is it possible that you're using the wrong .wz files here?

    No, I do not believe so. I've downloaded the MapleSetup and MapleRoyal Client fresh from the downloads page. I do play other servers but I made sure I downloaded MapleRoyals in a different folder. I've been at Wolf Spiders for awhile and never ran into this issue.

    I need to ask the obvious question - did you use any kind of trainer/hack/packet editing?

    No, I wasn't using anything of that sort. It was my first time attacking anything today. I was in a party with 5 other members and when I attacked I instantly got banned. When I got instantly banned, it did not display any damage I did onto the monster.

    Your .wz files look identical to those in the setup files. The only change needed (if we can find a reasonable cause for your high damage and therefore unban you) is that you need to download Etc.wz from here, as the one in the setup files is out of date:

    Can you tell me if you were using a high attack pot, or if anyone had buffed you with a 4th job skill (eg Sharp Eyes)? I've checked your equips, and they don't account for the amount of damage you did. However, it seems highly unlikely to me that a player who has behaved in a good and honest way to date would suddenly decide to turn on hacks at level 91 while in a party with 5 other people at Wolf Spiders.

    @Matt @John @Karven - please could you check the damage tracker and autoban system for possible issues? Thanks!

    No issues with the high damage autoban. If 199999 damage is obviously too high for the character (which I'm pretty sure it is), then it is a completely correct ban.

    I was just using all the basic Crusader buffs. I do not remember receiving any other party member buff besides HS and Haste? I've used Apple and SE before and I did not get close to 50k damage. I know it sounds really suspicious but I did not use any hacks or any edits. If you guys like, I can send you guys my MapleRoyals files to double check for edits because I am really confused about why I got banned. When I did attack at Wolf Spiders and disconnected, there was no damage displayed on the monster when I attacked. If it is really needed, could we speak about this on Skype? The only thing that I did before I got banned was install and reinstall GMS. I've spent two weeks or longer playing MapleRoyals and my uncle just hit 120 on his bishop to just start leeching me. If I was going to hack or attempt to, why would I do it the day after my uncle hit 120? Also, during the time I played MapleRoyals I saw multiple autobans for Fastattack, High damage, and Mobvac; why would I try to hit 199,999 damage and not expect to get banned? Please highly consider checking your systems any for any possible mistakes.

    Unfortunately, if Matt has checked our autoban system and found that it is working properly, there is nothing we can do. If it comes to light in the near future that there is an issue with our autoban system, then obviously we will review your case. However, until/unless we get evidence that the autoban system is faulty, you will remain banned.

    We understand the situation. As soon as we saw that the autoban damage was 199,999 we knew that there was nothing we could do to defend ourselves. Please do not forget about us and still continue to work on your autoban system. My uncle is going to double check my WZ files for me and make sure it was not edited. Lastly, I am not sure if it is related but I was using Sandboxie and shut down my second maple the moment before the ban. Please do not forget about us and continue to look into the problem.

    We will wait patiently for you guys to figure out exactly what happened.
