I would like to speak for my nephew. He is seriously a 13 years old and has never touched a hack. The fact that this has occurred has really put a toll on all three of us. Me my cousin Kevin and my nephew. I can tell you exactly everything he was doing because the kid explained it to me when I got home and he was crying cause all of us had to stop playing. So can you please look into it really well because he does not touch nor do me and my other cousin touch any hacks. We have all been following the rules and making sure that none of us break the rules. If you want I can ask my nephew to reinstall MapleRoyals. We have never ran into this issue before.
I asked Matt, John and Kevin to look into issues with the autoban system and unfortunately they were not able to find any problems that might cause this. All I can say is that I was extremely surprised that your nephew was autobanned for high damage, as all three of you seem to be rule-abiding players and it's very unusual for someone to suddenly start hacking at level 91 while in a party with 5 other people. Unless it comes to light that there is an issue with the autoban system, however, there is nothing we can do. Sorry.
