    Last thing you did: When server lag I use the scroll but took the wrong scroll. Do not know why is ban @Jen.
    Why do you think you got banned:I used a wrong scroll by accident.
    Ban message when attempting to log in:Your account has been permanently banned for serious violation of the rules. Therefore you will be unable to use this account. Details:Autoban:VoidEgg Attempting to scroll an equip with an illegal scroll.
    What GM banned you (optional):Auto ban by system.
