Why do you think you got banned? My account along with my girlfriend's account were banned because her brother tried to hack the game when he started playing. I have a screenshot of our conversation (3 of us, Zanthro as me, XOXOZant as Cynthia and HellSol as Winston) in a group chat on a mobile app when I first found out I was banned. We are probably banned through IP as we had logged on from the same router as HellSol, but we are not involved or aware that HellSol had created an account and even tried to hack. Ban message when attempting to log in: "Your account has been permanently banned for serious violation of the rules. Therefore you will be unable to use this account. Details: Autoban HellSol: High damage 199999 on Snail" Please un-ban both Zanthro and XOXOZant's account as we are legit players looking to re-live the experience we had from earlier days of maplestory. Hi Katsuruka and thank you for looking into it. Ok I live separately, but I happened to login at their place with 1 of their laptop on 7th Aug as mentioned in the first post. If you check my previous logins, that's where I stay and play from. But for XOXOZant, she lives with HellSol and their IP should be the same. but the PC she usually plays from on is definitely different from where the PC HellSol had been playing on. There are a total of 3 PCs that were used from their IP, 1 of which is HellSol's and the other belongs to XOXOZant while the 3rd (spare laptop) was where I logged in on 7th Aug. If i'm not wrong, XOXOZant also logged onto the spare laptop to test if the game is playable. I hope it's clear now. Thanks again.
The only one we could unban would be you, as she plays from the same household where her brother hacked. Also, if we unbanned you, you would only be able to play from your own place and your own computer and not from hers.
