I also checked the forum and found a thread that was reported on a group of players including me. It turns out to be being in a party with smugglers. I was not aware that smuggling isn't allowed and is a bannable offense since there are a handful of players doing this everytime. I really didn't know that it was bannable and if I knew, I wouldn't have encourage it. Could I kindly request for a lift of ban on account that it was the first time and I really had no idea. Thanks
You agreed to the terms and conditions of this server when making your account which included a provision stating smuggling, glitch abuse, is not allowed. The ban will remain.
