    Problem: I can not connect to server. The following error appears: "You Has Been disconnected from the server"
    Details: This account banned was my brother, but now he does not play more. And with that my IP is banned for he used hack. But I am new to the server and would love to play, please ask to withdraw the ban for me to play.

    Unfortunately, if one person in a household is banned, the whole household is banned. This is to help deter people from ban evading easily.

    But I do not blame = (. I really want to play on the server, however is banned, could only unlock my ip please?
