I recently started to this server due to my friends who have been playing a couple months before me. I also got my girlfriend to play. I've dedicated a few days into playing this and I was enjoying it a lot. I was on Youtube, and i found this thing about hacking and stuff, and I got interested. I wanted to see how it went down, and I was skeptical. Nevertheless, I downloaded it and I gave it a try. I hit the snail, and i got banned. I wanted to make sure my account didn't get banned, so I made a fake one to be safe. I ended up getting banned on my main account as well, and I feel like a total idiot. I apologize so much for trying to exploit the system. Is there anything I can do to redeem myself? I really enjoy playing this server. I really regret everything. Please, all i ask is for another chance.

No. Our Terms and Conditions make it very clear that hacking is prohibited and is a permanently bannable offense. Your account does not get banned, but rather you do. Your ban will not be lifted.
