    It's your own responsibility to know when someone is an obvious botter, like the priest in your party.
    If a player is casting Holy Symbol without a break, even when everyone has left the platform he was standing on, it becomes rather obvious.
    So yes, you are temporarily banned for partying with a botter and this will not change.
