I didn't play maple for few days due to it is not functioning on my comp. But why i get banned now? Is there any problem or mistaken?

 

Are you still unable to login? If so, it's because your MAC-ban hasn't expired properly. Please send myself and John the MAC address of the comp you're trying to log in from.

I'm going to take a guess here that either your ISP is one of those where multiple unrelated users are assigned the same ip address or that you're on a public/university network.
