Can you explain why you're unable to reply to a GM within 5 minutes of time, while moving around and even entering cash shop several times?

 

Because I was tired I am not notice he.
I several entering cash shop because I want to buy something but I am not find.

 

You did not notice a GM standing next to you and talking to you while you run into an invisible wall and later enter the cash shop? Not sure how that is possible, even if you were tired.

Tired or not, you have to be able to reply to a GM when you're performing actions in the game.
Since you were not able to do so, you have been temporarily banned and this will remain to be so.

 

But i am not use botting

 

By not replying to a GM over a long period of time while performing actions, you've been showing robotic behaviour. Thus this ban still counts as botting, you will have to wait 7 days before you can play again.
