Last thing you did: setting up store in room 17 channel 1.
Why do you think you got banned?: according to TankTheTank, just because i setting up a store in room 17 and channel 1 , then i got banned!!! I'm really upset with this reporter and your decision making SIR GM!!!!!

Firstly, The place that i set up my store is legal, it is not what the guy report, GLITCH ABUSE!!!!

Secondly, you know how i set up the store? The space in room 17 is actually able to set up the store, you just need to stand on the right position.

Thirdly, Why everyone can't set up the store but i can??? This is because you have to find the right position. Yesterday I was keep moving myself here and there to set up my store in order find the right position!!!!

Let's make an example: a new player in mapleroyal is going to open a store to sell his items. Then, The new player go to market and buy a store with nx 10k for the first time. After that, he starts looking for space to set up his store for the firs time too. Finally, the new player found a space and set up his store happily. Next day, he got banned.

who know setting up store there is a glitch?

Who know a legal and proper way to set up a store considered "glitch"?

Conclusion: setting up a store without breaking any t&c of mapleroyal = got banned

 

The place that you set up your store was behind a portal; the game does not allow you to set up your store under natural circumstances in that position. Therefore, the only way to establish your store in that position is exploiting some sort of glitch or error in game design to put your store where it should not be, so I'll refer you to this section of the T&C:



So you did actually break a part of our T&C, which is why you got banned, and why you will have to serve the length of your ban.

The glitches that might have been used (knowingly or unknowingly) to establish a store in that location would include "jump glitching" or "lag glitching"; the former involving jumping repeatedly to trick the system into thinking the spot is available, the latter involving abusing lag in the system to make the game allow you to name your store but also move to any location you wish before actually placing it.

 

According to T&C (glitch abuse), exploit errors in design. First of all, while I setting up my store, the alert (can't place your store behind portal) in game did pop up . But after I moved a bit further away from the portal, it allowed me to open the store. Besides that, I've reopen my store 2-3 times to make sure the space is available. This show that this space is actually exist, instead of glitch or EXPLOIT ERROS in Design! I'm not sure weather there is any code you can get from your system to prove that what I'm saying is true.

Argument for Jump glitch and Lag glitch

1. Im a hermit and you should know that i will do a lot of flash jump. don't you? As a hermit, no one will walk all the way without using flash jump. if i not mistaken, i didn't keep jumping on that spot while setting up my store.

2. Lag glitch. are you mean that I'm setting my store at somewhere empty and then abuse lag to go the spot i wanted to open my store? if i can do it with lag glitch, i should find a better room, instead room 17.

I hope your system is able to generate some code saying that the space is actually exist.

 

A number of us have attempted to replicate a store in the location that yours was placed without any success. Because of that, we have concluded that it is impossible to open a shop in the location that yours was placed without exploiting some sort of glitch or using some sort of hack. You will not be unbanned.

 

I'm not seeking for your unban, just want to seek for justice. I have a right to be told the truth
