What GM banned you (optional): Mike I think the reason I got banned was because I was at wolf spiders and had the mapped owned. A level 181 ranger (Everland) came to MY map and did starting killing wolf spiders, mind you he has 67 levels on me. I defamed him and left to ULU. While I was at ULU, someone defamed me for no reason and so I assume that was his friend. So I log onto my other account to defame Everland again. Somehow I got banned for this instead of him. My other acc has also been banned.

No where in the rules does it say that mass defame is not allowed. He also defamed me with his other account DoosanBears. He KSed me, I defame and LEAVE, we're even, I let him have the map. He then tracks me and defames. I return the defame, multiple times as I am upset that a higher level would know better than to do such a thing. I get banned and he does not. Obviously he is favored because he is a donator and/or has been playing longer?
Don't EVEN START with that whole "he's a donator thing" because I nor any of the other staff care about how much or how little someone donates to this server. With that said, did you read Michael's post as to why you were banned or did you selectively choose Tim's post since it benefits you? You tracked down the reporter hours later to defame him several more times. That is going too far. Like Michael said, if you have evidence of him KSing you, you can file a report abuse report against them and get them banned as well.

I am only looking for equality, he was KSing and not banned. I was mass defaming. KSing is in the rules, defaming is not. I get banned he does not...
In the situation you have quoted, three different players defamed the same player without knowing that the others had done it. It is simply a case of three people deciding that they wanted to defame that player for whatever reason independently. In your situation, you have defamed the same player five times by yourself. This constitutes harassment and therefore you have merited your own ban under the rule you quoted; objectionable behavior/harassing behavior. If you have screenshot proof that Everland has KSed you, you are more than welcome to post your screenshots and we will consider the case and ban that player as well, however just because he may have done you wrong does not give you the right to break rules as well.
