The Terms & Conditions you agreed to when you created an account clearly state what the penalties are for matters such as kill stealing and harassment. That is/was your warning. And besides, you operated under the assumption you could be so rude to someone and just get a slap on the wrist? Why couldn't you have just not said those words at all?
Yeah, sorry, was not really thinking at the time and was just really frustrated with the person begging me to buy his map. I assure this will not happen again.
