Hi everyone, today i got banned for no reason, my counsin came to my house for holiday his nick is ''ZachCondon'',i was playing PS3 when he told me he was banned for hacking. After a few hours i tried to connect on my account (nickname: xHelios) and i got banned for no reason. Please, someone can help me?

''Zach'' is my cousin's account, we use the same IP, my account ''xHelios'' was banned for no reason, just for using the same ip.. someone can help me?
Any accounts related to the banned account will not be able to access the game. So your account xHelios is banned due to being related to the account that was banned for using damage hacks.
My account was not related to his account Matt, unless the fact we played in same network... I only got banned cause of we share the network we don't even shared accounts. I know and follow every rule of this server, cuz i liked it and i realy wanna play it. i never hacked or did anything illegal on the server.
