And now you tell me this: I checked your ban reason and the skill you've used is Blizzard on a Master Soul Teddy. This monster is immune to ice magic, and strong to lightning magic. With that said, you can't possibly have hit 51066 damage with either skill. If you want us to investigate your ban, please tell us the truth about what happened so we can attempt to help if it is to be a bug.
Ok... I was using blizzad for kill but i cant understand that...... i was using blizzard was true but never make damage on Master Soul Teddy ......only Soul teddy i was killing Master Soul Teddy using Chain lightning ..... you can explain that ???/ some gm can speak spanish ?

@Manny ok yo estaba usando blizzard para matar a otro monstruo pero para ese monstruo nunca le hacia dano y lo estaba matando con chain lightning pero no entiendo por que ustedes dicen que yo lo habia matado con ese elemento ustedes pueden investigar si fue un error del sistema ??? la foto del archivo se lo mande por correo no se si esta bien ?
