    You got banned because we suspect you to be TaiwanDXA who is currently banned. The account that TwDXA is on uses similar login ID and e-mail addresses to the account that TaiwanDXA is on.

    I only compared the accounts for TaiwanDXA and TwDXA with eachother which had matching information. It doesn't matter if that e-mail belongs to you (if you're not TaiwanDXA) or not. What matters here is that the account information was too identical to be a coincidence and TwDXA was online playing while it should be banned for ban evading.

    well clearly the IP has to be different for TaiwanDXA to play, his old IP is permanently banned. That doesn't change anything.

    I'm not saying you used the same IP as TaiwanDXA. the character TwDXA was recently created and playing, has similar account info as TaiwanDXA (who is banned) so he got banned as well.

    1. TaiwanDXA got banned on dec. 9
    2. TwDXA was created on dec. 12 (this is the day in his ban appeal he realized he probably wouldn't get unbanned)
    3. The same computer as TaiwanDXA has been used a few times to log into TwDXA
    4. The account info for TaiwanDXA = dxa0##### with e-mail a1####@yahoo
    5. The account info for TwDXA = a1#### with e-mail dxa0###@yahoo (the numbers # match)

    It's difficult for me to believe that TaiwanDXA was not involved in creating and/or playing the character TwDXA at all, which lead to another permanent ban for ban evasion. If you're his roommate you will have to deal with the same punishment unfortunately.

    1.DXA跟我不是同一個人
    2.TwDXA 跟 TaiwanDXA 你可以同時BAN , 我不會有任何意見
    3.只因為我跟他是室友關係 所以我的帳號 全部要被永久禁令?
    4.若是使用同IP 我也可以接受處罰 , 但只是因為我是他室友 就要一起被懲罰永BAN 這樣對我不公平吧??

    Now you're telling me that TaiwanDXA is TwDXA while at first you told me you were playing TwDXA and that you are FatBen.
    Yes you will have to deal with a permanent ban as well for lying and wasting staff time.
