Do you have a sibling or someone else who plays Maple at your household? It seems pretty clear that the computer you are trying to use has definitely played on this server and used a Mob Vac hack.
Yes, I do have an older brother who used to use this computer last year but does not anymore as he handed it down to me. He now has his own and I have a password on this in which he does not know.
The issue is, it sounds like your brother has played on the server and hacked here before. So even though he may have given you the computer, we have no way of knowing whether it was your brother or you who hacked and therefore, the household is banned from playing on this server. I'm sorry to tell you that, but to protect the community, we cannot take a chance.
