I said go for it because i didnt technically "ks" him. All i did was pick up all the loot on the floor while he was attacking. I did not attack a single monster. I was gathering a few of the Event Green Stars so i can buy a Santa Hat. I didnt know looting is considered "killing" lol I also didnt say anything back after that, so it shouldnt be called harrassment. He wasnt even picking up the loot so why put it to waste? Ban message when attempting to log in: Kill steal/Harrassment
Unfortunately, what you did was a bannable offense and you will not be unbanned. Owning a map means all of the mobs and the loot are the mapowner's and you are not allowed to loot without permission. Next time, please read the T&C more closely to avoid any issues!
