    Someone on your computer and IP created the character LoliaOP and started hacking on it which resulted in an autoban

    It wasn't me, probably my dumb brother.. I spent a lot of time in my account and I wouldn't do anything foolish to destroy it.. I know you don't have to believe me but I haven't used cheats.. I really like your server and i hope you will be kind to bring my account back.
    I'll also lock my computer from now on.

    Unfortunately since we can't pinpoint exactly on who was playing on your computer at that time we cannot unban your other character for this. We have a zero tolerance policy towards hacking and the whole household is affected by this permanent ban. You have your brother to blame for this but you're no longer able to play on MapleRoyals.
