Initially the map was owned by me. Yes I did AFKed once in awhile. This made me lose the ownership of the map. I was partly doing my work and my heal was on hold. It took me long enough to realise he was there. Eventually I cc-ed..... Even if I did "KS" him it was for that few seconds when I hold onto my heal.... I did not even realise he had talked to me...
Over a time period of 14 minutes you did not notice there was someone next to you killing mobs on his map and asking you to leave multiple times? That means you were pretty much showing robotic behaviour and thus your ban for botting remains as it is.
How long did I effectively "KS" him within that 14 mins.. I'm pretty sure it's less than a min that's cos I'm AFKed most of the time. So I'm banned just cos I did not realize someone was killing beside me as I was AFKing??? And deemed as botting? Eventually I did cc and the map was his isn't it?
You're not banned for KSing so it's no point in bringing that up every time, you are banned for botting. There is nothing to appeal here so I'm locking this.
