    Last thing you did:I accidentally used an inappropriate phrase through smega.
    Why do you think you got banned?:I used a vulgar word as a nickname to call people, I honestly did not know that word was a cuss word, I utterly regret my actions I hope to be able to shorten my ban. I did not try to offend anyone, it was a figure of speech. All and all, I had also raged quite a bit because I did not know that the boss "Jr.Balrog" could only spawn after server checks and spent four hours hunting it , I got so furious and ended up with a very heavy drawback. I am calm now and will reflect upon my actions. Even if the staffs do not wish shorten my ban or un-ban me, it is alright, but at the very least please do fix the spawning of the Jr.Balrog as Dark knights need to carry on with the skill book quests. This will also ensure fair gameplay. Thank you very much for reading through.

    Unfortunately the word you used is one of the few that gets you autobanned in a super megaphone. Your ban will not be shortened for that.
    As for your problem with the Jr. Balrog; We're aware that it doesn't respawn like it should after it gets killed once (server restarts). What you could do is purchase a Black Sack and get they key from the balrog in there or be prepared to slay one after a server check until we get a fix for the spawn.

    A black sack is not cheap. So you are forcefully pressuring the players to spend their little bits of mesos on things that not everyone has? Moreover, you were aware that it doesn't respawn but did not do anything about it? And also you never even mentioned a due date on when you guys are going to fix the spawn. Lastly, have you guys even considered the fact that when there's a possibility of no one having a black sack? Are you guys sensible and responsible enough to actually empathize how the players feel? Or do you guys not actually care, judging by the tone that you're typing through your text. I'm also sorry for being quite rude here.

    Every player can farm for Black Sacks if they'd so desire, it being expensive on the market is the price you pay for not getting it yourself. The Black Sack can be obtained from guild party quest which several guilds do on a regular base. That aside you don't seem to be here to appeal your ban so this thread will be locked.
