So, this is Trinity and I am making a ban appeal. While I was buying summoning rocks off my friend in his shop, I randomly got perma-banned for hacking or using third-party programs. I do not hack and do not understand what had happened here. I believe that many people were getting banned by this auto-ban system and although I do not mean to insult your anti-hack programs but they seem to be banning people unnecessarily at the moment. It would be great if you could check out the problem. Thanks!
Were you rapidly trying to buy items from your friend's merchant? And no, the anti-hack is not banning people unnecessarily, it is just that people are not keeping their clients up to date.
Yeah, that's why the system banned you. It thought you were trying to merchant dupe (one of the methods of duping involves something similar to what you were doing). Unbanned
